Your Strategy, Optimized: Leverage Point Consulting

Every enterprise has some idea of where it’s headed and why. Working with Leverage Point Consulting can help you see your goals and priorities more clearly, and establish a path forward. This path will take into account obstacles and barriers that may be external or internal, material or cultural. Ultimately, you will have a clearer and more refined approach to your operations and planning.

Subject Matter Expertise

With a background in Organizational Learning consulting in one of the pioneering firms in the field--Dialogos, Leverage Point Consulting Principal Eric DeLuca has since established subject matter expertise in local/regional food system development and the cooperative economy. Through his exploration of economic development leverage points in rural areas, DeLuca zeroed in on these subjects and built a track record of both on-the-ground and strategic leadership across diverse projects.

How Can Leverage Point Consulting Help You?

As an entrepreneur, it can be difficult to navigate the range of decisions you need to make. Sorting out the factors impacting your business, such as stakeholders, markets, or supply chains, can be overwhelming. Clients often find that having an informed listener, with broad knowledge of the "who's" and "what's" of the path, helps them find clarity and build momentum.

Organizational and institutional leaders often have awareness of strategic initiatives that would move things forward, but not the bandwidth to design and implement solutions. It takes someone with proven project management skills, and organizational development know-how, to position a strategic initiative to generate value and address opportunities that may otherwise slip by.

Why Choose Leverage Point Consulting for Your Enterprise, or Project?

It is common for consultancies to tout such claims as, “create your culture”, “change your culture”. However, part of what’s at the essence of culture is a “stickiness” that suggests a more subtle approach. What can we learn from the resistance that components of your enterprise’s world demonstrate? Why is the market sending the messages it does? What are the hidden or masked needs that your stakeholders feel and how do those needs impact their actions or lack thereof?

Leverage Point Consulting has a broad range of experience in systems of diverse scales, from the hyper-local, to multinational network collaboration. Projects move through distinct phases. Leverage Point has guided the development of organizations and networks from back-of-the-envelope concept through proof of concept, to local, regional, national, and international implementation, assessment, and on to continuous improvement. Manufacturing, communications, retail, public sector, nonprofit, cooperative, and unincorporated network contexts are all familiar ground.

No one cares more that you about the work you are doing and the enterprises and institutions you are building. You want someone who will listen intently and empathically, who is willing to note when "the emperor has no clothes", and who maintains a learner’s curiosity backed by 20 years of experience in organizational development and management consulting.
